1. Go to your FASDS LMS login screen.

2. Click Forgot Username or Password?
You will be redirected to a page that asks you to enter your username or email address. Once you’ve entered your information an email will be sent to the email address you registered with, instructing you on how to change your password.
Once you’ve entered your email or username it will send you an email instructing on how to change your password.
If you did not received an email please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder
