1.Academic Scholarships

a. Full Tuition Scholarship or 100% discount on tuition is granted to a student who ranked first in the grade level of the immediately preceding school year.
b. Half-Tuition Scholarship or 50% discount on tuition is granted to a
student/pupil who ranked second in the grade level of the immediately
preceding school year.

2.Athletic Scholarship
a. Athletes may avail of the Scholarship Privilege upon accomplishing the Athlete’s Scholarship Form.
b. Full Tuition and Miscellaneous Scholarship or 100% discount on tuition and miscellaneous is granted to an athlete who reached Palarong Pambansa or National Level.
c. Full Tuition Scholarship or 100% discount of tuition is granted to an athlete who reached CVIRAA or Regional Level.

Note: If a pupil/student excels in both academics and athletics, he/she enjoys the higher privilege given.

3. Children of FASDS Employees
Full Tuition Scholarship or 100% discount of tuition is granted to a maximum of 2 children of regular employees of Formative Academic and Skills Development School.

4. Special Scholarship
A special scholarship will be granted as to the discretion of the School President and School Principal.

Note: If the child has been granted any of the scholarship, he/she can no longer avail any discount.
